Package 1 is designed for the seller who has the time and the desire to sell their own vehicle, but realizes that exposure on our lot will greatly enhance their chances of a sale.

You advertise if you choose Package price $50.00 per week, or $150.00 for 4 weeks, payable in advance.

Package 2 will allow you to sell your own vehicle, but we will open it up for your customers to let them start it and a look inside. Package 2 is like Package 1 in that you do the selling, but we will help you weed out most "tire kickers" that end up just wasting your time.
The cost for Package 2 is $175.00 for 4 weeks, and $175.00 when your vehicle sells, or if you remove your vehicle prior to your 4 week commitment.
Boats fall under package 2, and are $250 for 4 weeks and an additional $250 when it sells.

Package 3 is our BEST SELLING PROGRAM! It is designed for the seller who doesn't have the time or desire to sell their own vehicle, or the individual who wants the help of a professional sales person. Professionals who have on the spot financing, warranties, and TV, radio, internet, and newspaper advertising.
**Park 3 Special is 199.00 for cars/trucks/suvs for a month**

| Package price is $240.00 for two weeks, or 4 weeks for $400.00, (June Special: $229 for 1 month for Cars/Trucks/SUV, $299 for 1 month for Recreational Vehicles.) paid in advance. | |
| When the vehicle sells, and is funded, there will be a $500.00 selling fee if it sells for less than $3000 and a $850 if the vehicle is sold for $3,000 or more. | |
| The sell fee for Recreational Vehicles is $1,000, for RV's under $20,000, the fee is 5% of the selling price over $20,000. | |
| There will also be a $65.00 IM fee if you didn't provide us with a current & unused IM when you parked the vehicle. |
